This single malt whisky is crafted from malted barley and pure spring water from the River Spey. The barley is dried in a traditional kiln using Highland peat, and then distilled twice in copper stills. The whisky is then matured in a selection of European and American oak casks, before being bottled at 47.7% ABV.
